These are the general terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations of Tabone Computer Centre’s website, located at www.tabone.com, a company registered in the Republic of Malta.

Words imparting the singular number include the plural and vice-versa.
The order shall only be deemed to be accepted when Tabone Computer Centre Limited issues a written acceptance of the order, at which point and on which date the contract shall come into existence (Commencement Date).

All orders above €50 are FREE of charge. |
We shall deliver the products, along with the receipt, to the delivery address provided by you.
All deliveries in Malta are handled by Tabone Computer Centre’s own drivers. For deliveries to Gozo, reliable couriers will be used. Once products are collected from Tabone Computer Centre, we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced by the courier.
Any damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery on support@tabone.com or on 21 44 44 12. Proof is required to show that the goods were received damaged.
CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days to reconsider your online purchasing decision and withdraw. You must return the product along with the original receipt within two weeks to get your money back. Remember that the product must be returned in a resalable state (including all contents and the original box) to receive a full refund, so you can only check the product, not use it.
The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exemptions are:

HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE
You must inform us in writing that you want to cancel your purchase on support@tabone.com. It is not enough just to send the goods back. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us you want to cancel/return your purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and receipt of products. The delivery charges are not refundable.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This website is owed by Tabone computer Centre Limited, a company registered in The Republic of Malta. All disputes arising from the use of this website and/or and electronic contractual agreement between you and Tabone Computer Centre Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Justice of Malta.
